Cancellation & Refund Policy

At StayFashionate, we are committed to delivering premium quality and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, especially when dealing with print-on-demand products.

1. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We take pride in our product quality, but in rare cases where a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • To process the request, we require a clear unboxing video, images of the product, and its original packaging.
  • Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Returns for Personal Reasons (Size, Preference, etc.)

As all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

In such cases, you may place a new order. Refunds or replacements will not be provided.

3. Return Process (For Eligible Cases Only)

If your return request qualifies:

  • A reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.
  • The reverse shipping cost will be the same as the original shipping cost.
  • If multiple items were delivered, you may return only the defective ones.

4. Undelivered Orders / Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders returned due to reasons like incorrect address or recipient unavailability will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • No additional charge is applied for RTO.
  • The returned order will be sent to our warehouse: HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659.
  • If you wish to resend the order, you’ll need to place a new one with the updated delivery details.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for orders with genuine print defects or physical damage.

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited back via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue was caused by us.

Important Guidelines

  • All return/refund claims must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to customer-provided incorrect information.
  • StayFashionate reserves the right to review and make the final decision in case of disputes.
