Shipping & Delivery Policy
At StayFashionate, we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Below is a clear overview of our shipping, processing, and delivery procedures for both domestic and international customers.
1. Order Processing Time
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s confirmed:
- Standard Processing Time: 2–3 business days
- Extended Processing Time (in rare cases): 4–5 business days due to:
- High order volume
- Complex printing designs
- Internal quality checks
- Equipment servicing or unexpected delays
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic (India)
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Rush Shipping (extra charges apply): 1–3 business days
International
- Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days (depending on country)
3. Tracking & Notifications
- You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.
- You can also check order status via your StayFashionate account dashboard.
4. Undelivered Orders / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or customer refusal:
- The order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
- To reship the returned product, you will need to pay the shipping fee again.
- Refunds are not applicable on RTO cases. However, a new order can be placed with updated details.
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order has moved into processing, it cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Payment failure
- Violation of policies
- Suspected fraud or misuse
6. Special Shipping Notes
Multiple Product Orders: Items may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability
India Post Shipping: For pin codes unserviceable by our courier partners, orders will be shipped via India Post. The applicable charges will be shown during checkout.
